Remarkably lightweight, this vest is up to 50% lighter than similar models, providing up to 80% more resistance while maintaining the weight of NIJ level 1/KR1 vests.

Built using “exoskeleton principles,” the vest is composed of pre-shaped aluminum pieces linked by flexible joints, allowing it to conform to any body type for a comfortable fit. This innovative system offers superior protection against blunt force trauma, reducing the risk of incapacitation from blunt attacks.

The PGD Exoskeleton vest has unique sizing compared to other vests. Since it is made of aluminum, it cannot overlap. If you find yourself between sizes, Protection Group Denmark recommends selecting the smaller size.
